Alberto Pellai e Barbara Tamborini

Alberto Pellai è medico e psicoterapeuta dell’età evolutiva, è ricercatore presso il dipartimento di Scienze biomediche dell’Università degli Studi di Milano, dove si occupa di prevenzione in età evolutiva. Nel 2004 il ministero della Salute gli ha conferito la medaglia d’argento al merito della Sanità pubblica.

È autore di molti libri per genitori, educatori e ragazzi, tra i quali Girl R-evolution e L’età dello tsunami, a quattro mani con Barbara Tamborini. Tra gli ultimi titoli pubblicati, Io gomitolo tu filo, Ragazzo mio, Next level e Le mie mani sono le tue ali.

Barbara Tamborini, psicopedagogista, autrice di diversi testi sull’età evolutiva, ha vinto il Premio Giovanni Arpino inediti con Aiuto! Mi sono perso a Londra (2010). Ha pubblicato Reality mamma (2012) e vari libri con Alberto Pellai, tra cui L’età dello tsunami (2017).

    Libro consigliatissimo alle coppie che hanno appena avuto un bimbo.Utilissimo per calarsi nei panni dell'altro e cercare di comprendere reazioni che, nella relazione, possono far insorgere qualche attrito.Aiuta quindi i papà a comprendere più le mamme e viceversa, ovviamente a patto che lo leggano entrambi, meglio ancora se insieme.Lo consiglio di cuore a tutti i neogenitori per comprendere appieno le ragioni che spingono il partner a comportarsi in un certo modo e per definire, al più presto, il nuovo equilibrio della famiglia, che con l'arrivo di un neonato si deve necessariamente assestare.

    Ci sono ottimi spunti di riflessione per la coppia. Stimoli per guardare la genitorialità da entrambi i punti di vista, in maniera leggera ma non banale. Forse o sguardo è un po' troppo cattolico e con i ruoli tradizionali troppo evidenti, in questo senso oggi forse fuori tempo.
