Il Covid-19, l'ansia, la paura, il lockdown... era tutto un enorme vortice che minacciava di inghiottirci. Ne avremmo fatto volentieri a meno. Ma è accaduto. A ben guardare, però, la mareggiata non ha lasciato dietro di sé solo detriti, ma anche un piccolo tesoro. Mentre la tempesta colpiva forte abbiamo imparato il valore del tempo trascorso in famiglia, con i nostri figli. Li abbiamo visti con occhi diversi, in alcuni casi li abbiamo riscoperti. Abbiamo imparato molto su di loro, ma anche su noi stessi, come genitori e come persone. Perché ciò che ha sconvolto il mondo, ha cambiato anche il nostro modo di essere famiglia. Questo libro parte proprio da quel "tesoro", rielaborando ciò che è accaduto in molte famiglie e mettendo a fuoco un percorso di resilienza e apprendimento articolato in sei lezioni. Lezioni che abbiamo appreso in questo tempo così speciale, acquisendo nuove competenze che, se le riguardiamo da fuori prendendone consapevolezza, possono davvero aiutarci ad affrontare tutte le difficoltà e tutte le prove che appartengono al nostro mandato educativo di genitori. Non solo in tempo d'emergenza, ma anche nel tempo normale della vita. Mentre la tempesta colpiva forte è un'occasione preziosa per rivedere e condividere quanto abbiamo imparato e messo via nel nostro "kit degli attrezzi" per affrontare le sfide che ogni giorno, come mamme e papà, dobbiamo giocare nel territorio di crescita dei nostri figli. Perché le tempeste della vita possono spezzarci. O migliorarci.
